- Installation of hardware and software products
- Providing problem diagnosis and repair of hardware and software products
- Providing preventive maintenance of hardware products at the customer's facilities
- Conduct follow-up calls after on-site field servicing calls are closed to insure customer satisfaction
- Provide service training for new customers at customer facilities
- Record customer-related field activities in customer service call tracking software application to insure accurate information on customer base
- Support and maintain established service protocols and inventory controls.
